For document translation services we have a minimum charge of $100 depending on the nature of the document. The more technical the the more you will need the help of a professional, specialized translator. For less important translations, a junior translator can be assigned to the case. Some items will require notarization, this will also add to the fee of your contract and is to be determined on a case to case basis. Rates are usually bases on a per word basis of source language, but in some cases can also be a flat rate or by the hour.

While this might be convenient and the most affordable solution, it will not be of the same quality as our professional service. There will also be some fees for the webmaster to implement these translation technologies. It's always a good idea to put up a warning on the header of all machine generated pages stating something like: "this web page has been machine transcribed and accuracy will not be the same as the original content, please forgive the lack of quality." .
