National ATA Conventions and seminars during the past ten years as well as two
2-week translators’ workshops at the Erlangen University in Germany (May
2001and May 2003); member of the Alamo PC Organization (APCO), the
second largest PC User Group in the US.

Born
in Southern Germany; educated in Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, the United
Kingdom, Mexico and here in the US. I
graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio (OLLUSA) in 1986
as non-traditional student with a BBA and from the UNAM San Antonio in 1999 with
a degree in Spanish. I worked in
several European countries as well as ten years in Africa, and since 1975, in
the US. I routinely spend several weeks each year in Europe to
improve my skills and update my knowledge base.
I have good skills in Spanish, French and Italian; but my objective is to
be the best German>English and English>German Translator I
can be, in the fields of my specialization.
